Peter Jay Hotez, M.D., Ph.D., is the Dean of the National School of Tropical Medicine and Professor of Pediatrics and Molecular Virology & Microbiology at Baylor College of Medicine. During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, he was a trusted voice and even nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize for his work. Dr. Hotez will discuss the antivaccine movements and his attempts, through science, to address the challenges of a global pandemic.
